Once you’ve booked your ride, our team will work with you to ensure all your needs are met. We’ll discuss any extra support you may need, such as assistance with boarding or securing mobility devices. We’ll also confirm the best time for pickup and address any concerns you might have.
3. Safe and Comfortable Transport
On the day of your appointment, our trained drivers will arrive at your specified location at the scheduled time. Our vehicles are fully equipped with wheelchair ramps or lifts to ensure safe and easy access for those with mobility devices. The interior of our vehicles is spacious, with secure tie-downs to safely transport wheelchairs, scooters, or walkers.
